Hi, I am Charlotte, and I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I specialize in supporting adults facing anxiety and depression by offering a compassionate, client-centered approach rooted in mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Outside of my professional work, I have a deep appreciation for meaningful connection—whether through conversations, music, or the quiet beauty of nature. I’m an avid reader and lifelong learner who prefers a good book to background television, though I keep up with current events to stay engaged with the world around me.
I have a strong interest in the arts and creativity, with a dream of learning to play the piano one day. Dance-based exercise is one of my favorite ways to stay active; it keeps me energized and inspired. I also love to travel and look forward to exploring new cultures and places whenever possible.
My musical tastes lean toward Christian music, and I find joy in life’s simplest moments—like walking barefoot on the beach or taking a peaceful stroll through the park. These grounding experiences help me stay centered and connected to what matters most.
I value authenticity, growth, and living with intention.
