Disability Benefits Questionnaire services include:

Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ).  Our services assist veterans in completing the VA standardized forms to provide detailed medical evidence for their VA disability claims. These services help our veterans collect and organize medical information to support claims for new Behavior Health conditions, increased ratings, or appeals.

Our Services for Veterans

Core Veteran Behavior Health DBQ Services

  • Medical evaluations and examinations: Our highly qualified healthcare professionals conduct thorough medical examinations to assess the veteran’s health conditions, symptoms, and the impact on their daily life.

  • Medical record review: Our services review and analyze a veteran’s medical and service records to build a comprehensive case for their disability claim. They ensure that all relevant documentation is included and aligns with the VA’s requirements.

  • DBQ completion: Healthcare providers fill out the correct, condition-specific DBQ forms. The questionnaires contain standardized language and checkboxes to streamline the process for the VA Disability claim.

  • Nexus letter preparation: For claims that require a medical opinion connecting a disability to military service, a qualified provider can write a nexus letter. This letter offers an evidence-based medical opinion to support the veteran’s claim.

Benefits of using our VA DBQ services:

  • Streamlines the claims process: A complete and accurate DBQ can sometimes eliminate the need for a Compensation and Pension (C&P) exam, which can help speed up the VA’s decision-making process.
  • Increases accuracy: DBQ services ensure all necessary information is collected in the VA’s preferred format, providing a structured way to report medical evidence. This can lead to a more accurate disability rating.

  • Reduces stress: Having an advocate to guide you through the complex paperwork and medical evaluations can make the claims process less stressful.

  • Strengthens appeals: If a claim has been denied or the rating is deemed too low, a new DBQ can be a powerful piece of evidence for an appeal.
