  • How Do I Book A New Appointment?
    There are several ways that you can book an appointment with The Perfect Prescription Go through our symptom checker here. We use clinically proven tools to understand your symptoms and their impact on your daily life. We will use your answers to create a personalized recommended plan by a Licensed Practitioner.   • Do you accept insurance?
    We Accept Most Insurances AZ: Cigna, Aetna, Optum, Evernorth, UHC CA: Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar Health, UHC Please call us at 323-568-1700 to verify your insurance.
  • I don't have insurance. How much will my appointment cost for Medication Management?
    Our initial new patient appointment cost $300. This includes a 60 minute appointment with a licensed psychiatric provider, labs a medication management. Please be advised that it may take more than one appointment to receive a clear and accurate diagnosis. It is your providers discretion to prescribe medication on the first day or not. Our follow up appointments cost $150. This includes a 30 minute appointment with a licensed psychiatric provider, labs if indicated and medication management. During this time, your medication is refilled, and/or modified.
  • I need therapy. What are your membership pricing?
    We have created the PPrX Therapeutic University! These are flexible membership plans you can choose from to best fit your budget Freshmen $800.00/month 2x weekly per month Sophomore $400.00/month 1x weekly Junior $200.00/month Bi-Weekly Senior $330.00/ every 3 months 1 appt per month q 1 for 3 months Alumni $120.00/ every 3 months 1 appointment q 3 months Self Pay individual appointments: Initial appointment: $180 Follow Up: $120
  • What are your hours of operations?
    Hours of Operation: M-F 10 am - 5:30 pm PST (Closed from 12pm- 1pm for lunch daily) Closed on Thursday’s and Sundays. Located in Arizona and California
