I felt a deep calling in my spirit to help serve and heal others. That calling inspired me to pursue nursing with a commitment to excellence. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and then completed my Master of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner license in 2017. Driven by an even greater passion, I went on to earn a second Master of Science and my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in 2019. I completed my Doctorate in Nursing Practice at the end of 2020.
In every patient interaction I honor the unique physical mental and spiritual needs of each individual. My curiosity has led me around the world to rediscover forgotten healing modalities and integrate them into my work. My practice blends holistic complementary integrative and Western medicine into a cohesive approach that stands the test of time.
As an IFBB Pro bodybuilder I also emphasize the physical component of well-being helping my clients move closer to their goals. I have worked across nearly every area of healthcare guiding clients to reclaim their lives and pursue lasting wellness without sacrificing quality of life.
